Jin Shin Jyutsu® (Pronounced Gin Shin Jit-sue) is a profound and disarmingly simple way of tapping into the existing wisdom of the body for the purpose of bringing harmony to our whole being. Jin Shin Jyutsu has a level of complexity that can help with even the most serious of health challenges. At the same time it has a wonderful simplicity and accessibility for the novice interested in applying self-care.
In this 2 hour class I’ll share how to use these practical tools, explain why these tools are invaluable and how you can use them simply, easily and sometimes even in public. You’ll learn how to manage the big emotions like fear, worry, grief and anger on an energetic level as well as help yourself with common health challenges like headaches, colds, digestive upsets and more.
By balancing the flow of life energy in the body we are reminded that we are not separate from nature. We are nature. A deep pulse of perfect harmony is always present within each of us and is part of our divine blueprint. This pulse exists at the deepest level of our being even during times of illness or discomfort. Jin Shin Jyutsu accesses this deep pulse and brings us back into balance.

I’ve been a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner and self-help instructor ever since.
